a studio ghibli inspired vertical chess set

design

models, renders

designed bishop and knight pieces, with a focus on maintaining character identity

manufacturing

responsible for manufacturing bishops, knights, and pawns. parts were machined on the tl-1, using 3d toolpaths generated in mastercam. post ops were completed on prototrak mills. parts were then sandblasted and/or polished for a final finish.
